On June 9, a session dedicated to the investment opportunities of wellness tourism was held in Moscow as part of the Russian Travel Forum "Travel!" hosted by the Roscongress Foundation. The session was co-organized by the Association of Wellness Tourism and Corporate Health.
Hovhannes Khanamiryan, Director of Development at AMAKS Hotels & Resorts, spoke at the forum about fast-paying investment strategies in health tourism facilities.
According to him, when trends coincide, there are resources and an understanding of how to develop an object – it is feasible. According to forecasts of Hovhannes Migranovich, in the next 5-7 years, with proper organization, we can say that the profitability of the "sancuroobject" in the presence of natural factors can reach 15-20%.
