What do you need to have with you to visit the resort?

When checking in, you need to have:

Citizens of the Russian Federation - passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
For foreign citizens – a passport of a foreign citizen, a migration card (for temporary arrivals to the Russian Federation), a visa or passport of a foreign citizen and a RVP/residence permit;
Swimming accessories for the pool: slates, swimming caps (knitted or rubber), bathing suits.

When booking a sanatorium-resort package or a medical and wellness program, you must additionally have:

A sanatorium card (no more than 2 months old) and an X-ray examination of the chest organs (fluorography no more than 1 year old).

In the absence of a spa card, you must have:

An extract from the outpatient card indicating the diagnoses;
Chest X-ray examination (fluorography);
ECG, UAC, OAM, gynecologist's report (for women).

You can undergo an initial examination at the resort (UAC, OAM, ECG, gynecologist's consultation for women). The cost of the examination according to the current price list.

In the presence of chronic diseases, it is advisable to provide an extract from the hospital, expert opinions, and examination results.

*In the absence of documents, the attending physician has the right to refuse to prescribe procedures or prescribe gentle treatment, provided that the examination is carried out at the resort (on a fee basis) until the results are received.
*To access the medical buildings, you must have a change of shoes or shoe covers (Shoe covers can be purchased in medical buildings. The cost is 5 rubles).

Upon check-in, you must have:

Birth certificate (under 14 years old) or a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (from the age of 14);
Swimming accessories for the pool: slates, swimming caps (knitted or rubber), bathing suits.
Enterobiosis analysis (for children up to and including 9 years old);
Analysis for helminth eggs (for children up to and including 14 years old);

You can take primary tests at the resort (UAC, OAM, ECG from the age of 12). The cost of tests (UAC, OAM) is 400 rubles. The cost of the examination according to the current price list. It takes 1-5 days to get the test result. Until the test results are received, the attending physician prescribes gentle treatment.
