On February 1, 2023, students of the 1st year Old Russian Agrotechnical College, specialty "Hotel business", visited the Amaks Resort "Staraya Russa". The senior administrator of the reception and accommodation service, Nadezhda Bystrova, told the guys about the corporate values of the organization, which consist in the high quality of services provided and competent service. The students got acquainted with the basic etiquette of official behavior, the corporate dress code, the algorithm of actions in a conflict situation. We worked out the game situation of telephone conversations with the client. At the end of the event, everyone could ask questions about the hotel business and the work of the resort.
