Regular workouts in the gym play an important role in maintaining your figure in excellent shape and maintaining an attractive appearance.
By influencing different muscle groups, an aesthetically attractive figure is formed, so our gym is equipped with various types of simulators for each muscle group.
A gym equipped with modern sports equipment is always at the service of those who, even on vacation, want to keep the body in shape. In our gym you will find treadmills, cardio equipment, simulators for working out different muscle groups.
In our gym there are:
- treadmills, elliptical simulators (simulator of walking on skis), exercise bikes; for the convenience of training, almost all cardio machines are equipped with an individual TV display and remote control with the possibility of self-selection of programs;
- cargo–block simulators and simulators simulators for all parts of the abdomen - lower, upper, lateral muscles. These simulators allow you to work out all muscle groups;
- a zone of exercise machines loaded with disks and a dumbbell complex.
