Darsonvalization is local

Local darsonvalization is an electrotherapeutic method based on the application of exposure to high–frequency alternating pulsed current of high voltage and low strength to individual parts of the patient's body. They are carried out on a wooden couch or chair in the patient's lying or sitting position. Special vacuum electrodes of various shapes are used in therapy. During exposure, the patient feels a slight tingling or slight warmth.
The procedure has a selective effect on the autonomic nervous system, enhances local blood circulation, improves the functional state of the skin, prevents the development of wrinkles and hair loss. The duration of the procedure does not exceed 15 minutes, daily or every other day. The course of treatment is 5-8 procedures.

Indications for use

The procedure is effective in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases (arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease, obliterating lesions of peripheral vessels, varicose veins of the extremities); nervous diseases; surgical diseases (wounds, trophic ulcers, cracks of the skin and mucous membranes, hemorrhoids, the effects of frostbite); otorhinolaryngological diseases; dermatological diseases (chronic eczema, itchy dermatoses, alopecia, acne), dental diseases (periodontal disease, gingivitis, glossalgia, aphthous stomatitis).

Contraindications

Therapy is contraindicated in malignant neoplasms; severe cardiovascular diseases, systemic blood diseases, individual current intolerance.
