Hydro massage of the gums is a therapeutic method in which the gums are irrigated with warm mineral water for 8-10 minutes. A jet of mineral water is supplied under pressure through a special tip.
Hydro massage has a beneficial effect on the lymph drainage and blood supply to the oral cavity, improves the general and local metabolism in the tissues of the oral cavity, cleanses the gingival pockets, and flushes out their contents (food residues, pus, tartar fragments, and microorganisms). Massage has an anti-inflammatory effect.
