Gynecological irrigation

Gynecological irrigation is the effect of mineral water on the vaginal walls. Shahteral water irrigation has a beneficial effect on the vaginal mucosa and unfavorable for pathological microflora, restores the vaginal microflora and redox potential. Gynecological irrigation is carried out on a gynecological chair, the duration of the procedure is 8-10 minutes, the course of 8-10 procedures.

Indications for use

The procedure is effective in the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (salpingoophoritis, metroendometritis, parametritis); female infertility of tuboperitoneal nature; primary and secondary ovarian insufficiency; menstrual cycle disorders; adhesions in the pelvis; vaginal wall prolapse; chronic colpitis; atrophic changes in the vaginal mucosa; cervical erosion (in the presence of colposcopic examination and smears on oncocytology).

Contraindications

The procedure is contraindicated in malignant neoplasms and suspected of their presence; in the post-abortion period (before the first menstruation); in hyperestrogenic diseases (uterine fibroids, endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyp and cervical canal); ovarian cysts and cysts; precancerous cervical diseases (dysplasia, leukoplakia); polycystic ovary syndrome; hyperestrogenemia, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia; during lactation.
