An ascending (perineal) shower acts on the perineum with water jets. During the procedure, the blood flow in the prostate gland and genitourinary organs increases. Exposure to cool and then cold water jets causes contraction of the perineal muscles, smooth muscles of the vessels of the kidneys and genitals. As a result, sperm maturation accelerates in men and erection increases, and in women – the movement of the egg through the fallopian tubes.

Contraindications
Shower is contraindicated in ischemic heart disease; angina pectoris of the III FC; diseases of the respiratory system; urolithiasis; calculous cholecystitis; the second half of pregnancy; hysteria; atherosclerosis of cerebral vessels; skin diseases.
