April has shown that hospitality is not small or big. There is only attention to detail and a desire to make your vacation unforgettable. This month, traditionally, three facilities of the AMAKS chain were awarded the title of the best - each in its own category.
The jury took into account two main indicators: the quality of work of all services and the ratings that the guests leave. According to the total points, the victory was won:
Among the resorts is AMAKS EcoPark Resort, Yekaterinburg
The resort has been holding the bar high for several years, but in April it surpassed itself. The guests especially noted the cleanliness of the territory, the well-coordinated work of the restaurant service and the warm attitude of the staff towards families with children.

Hotels with more than 100 rooms were included in this category. The victory went to AMAKS Perm - for stability and the ability to solve any questions of the guests within 15 minutes.
The receptionists and maids received the highest marks for their attentiveness, and the catering service received the highest marks for the varied breakfast menu.
Among the small hotels is the AMAKS Hotel Azov
The "small hotels" category is a separate pride of the chain. Here, every guest receives almost homely attention. In April, AMAKS Azov was recognized as the best.
Guests in the reviews praise the intimate atmosphere, convenient parking and incredibly clean rooms. Special thanks to the reception staff for their sincere advice on evening walks around the city.
