In February 2025, the AMAKS Hotels & Resorts hotel chain traditionally summed up the monthly rating, identifying the three best facilities of the chain based on the results of an analysis of guest reviews and key performance indicators. This rating is an important tool for improving the quality of service and maintaining high standards of service.
The first place among the resorts of the network was taken by the Ust-Kachka AMAKS Resort in the Perm Region, which received the highest ratings from guests for impeccable service, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. The guests especially noted the variety of additional entertainment services for the whole family.
The best among the large hotels of the chain was the Premier Hotel Perm, which was distinguished by its high standards of cleanliness and organization of work. Guest reviews emphasized the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the breakfasts, which made the stay as comfortable as possible.
The third place was taken by the AMAKS City Hotel Yoshkar-Ola, which received high marks for the value for money and quality, as well as for the individual approach to each guest. The visitors noted the cozy atmosphere and modern equipment of the rooms.
