Summing up AMAKS Hotels & Resorts

The end of last week was marked for the managing directors of the chain and employees of the management company AMAKS Hotels & Resorts by the annual corporate "summing up", which this year was held on the basis of the "New Istra" in the Moscow region.

Summing up the results of the past year, awarding the best hotels and resorts, the most distinguished employees is an event that gives an incentive for new achievements in the coming year.

According to financial and economic indicators, the best for 2021 were:

Among the resorts:

  • – 1st place – "New Istra"

  • – 2nd place – Krasnaya Pakhra

  • – 3rd place – "Staraya Russa"


Among the major hotels:

  • – 1st place – City Hotel, Krasnoyarsk

  • – 2nd place – "Polar Star", Novy Urengoy 

  • – 3rd place – Safar Hotel, Kazan


Among the small hotels:

  • – 1st place – "Valdai Dawns", Valdai

  • – 2nd place – "Azov", Azov

  • – 3rd place – "Russia", Veliky Novgorod


  • – The Ust-Kachka resort received the pennant "Event of the Year" for obtaining a license for the extraction of therapeutic mud. 

  • – The breakthrough of the year was the Orbita resort, Olginka village (Tuapse)


In addition, a number of managing directors were awarded the highest marks of distinction.

For a special contribution to the development and prosperity of the company, the 1st degree badge (gold badge) was awarded to:

  • – Sergey Gennadievich Patsay, director of the resort "Novaya Istra";

  • – Nadezhda Vladimirovna Porokhovnik, director of the Krasnaya Pakhra resort.


For brilliant results in the work, the badge of the 2nd degree (silver badge) was awarded to:

  • – Margarita Olegovna Kasyanova, Director of the hotel in Rostov-on-Don;

  • – Sergey Nikolaevich Gudimenko, Director of the hotel in Vladimir;

  • – Antonina Vladimirovna Repnikova, Director of the Staraya Russa Resort;

  • – Valentina Vladimirovna Brekhunenko, Director of the Shakhter Resort, Essentuki;

  • – Olga Petrovna Merkulova, Director of the Orbita Resort.
     

  • – Tatiana Aleksandrovna Shilyaeva was awarded the badge of the 3rd degree for excellent performance in her work.


On Friday, everyone was expected to receive training from business coaches Yulia Tsepilova and Fedor Kireev, who told about the basics of building a Customer Journey Map and about basic techniques and tools of facilitation as a management style for effective planning of work results.
