The work on attracting young specialists is a priority area of the personnel work of the medical service of the Staraya Russa resort. We started the new year 2024 with a visit to the Borovichesky Medical College named after A.A. Kokorin.
On February 13, Deputy General Director for Medical Affairs Vorontsova N.I. and chief nurse Ostryanina V.V. met with graduate students of the college in the specialties "medical care" and "nursing".
The meeting was held in an interactive format, we introduced the graduates to the history of the Staraya Russa resort, the infrastructure of the sanatorium and the medical unit, privileges for young professionals, opportunities for professional and career growth at the facilities of AMAKS HOTELS & RESORTS, the motivation system for medical workers.
The students, in turn, asked the questions they were interested in
questions that mainly concerned wages, the possibility of professional retraining and accommodation.
We hope that in the summer we will see graduates of a wonderful college in our medical ranks, who impressed us with modern medical equipment and the highest standards of student education.
