The aquacenter of the Staraya Russa resort

Among the attractions of the Staraya Russa resort, a special place is occupied by the aquatic center, located next to the hydrotherapy and the beach. Here you can take a break from everyday work and plunge into the atmosphere of carefree fun.

In the aquatic center you will find entertainment for every taste: a swimming pool with elements of an aqua park, a sauna complex with access to the pool, a magnificent disco bar Aquarium and a SPA salon. The stained glass windows of the pool offer a wonderful view of the beach and the resort's mineral lake.

Swimming pool. The 25-meter-long main pool with five lanes will be appreciated by fans of crawl and breaststroke, as well as those who like to splash and play water games. The depth of the pool in the shallowest place is 1.2 meters, and in the deepest – about 1.8 meters. The safety of all visitors is ensured by highly qualified rescue instructors.

A swimming pool with elements of an aquapark. A game pool with elements of an aquapark ("mushroom", cascade shower, slide, hydro-massage pool) will appeal to young guests of the Staraya Russa resort. The water temperature in both pools is in the range of 26-29 °C, which is safe for the health of children and adults.

The aquazone also has an infrared cabin and a Finnish sauna. The infrared cabin (sauna) was invented by the famous Japanese doctor Tadashi Ishikawa and is a special cabin made of wood with built-in infrared radiators. Infrared radiation is a deep warming of tissues. Infrared heat is distinguished by its ability to penetrate the human body to a depth of 4 cm, having a therapeutic effect by warming tissues, organs, muscles, bones and joints. This improves the blood circulation of the human body, increases metabolism, enhances the effect of the body's immune system, improves nutrition of tissues and organs.

Sauna complex. The aquatic center has two thermal baths: a hammam and a Russian steam room, a hammam and a Finnish sauna. Each complex has a relaxation room and access to the pool. This is very convenient: after thermal procedures, you can refresh yourself in cool water.

The Aquarium disco bar invites you to spend time listening to dance music. Here you can have fun with a noisy group of friends or spend a pleasant evening with your family.
The hall is ideal for organizing lunches and dinners for tour groups. Refreshing drinks and light snacks can be enjoyed at the Aquarium Bar: a grill menu, homemade cakes, and delicious coffee.
