Reviews of the Staraya Russa resort

Just got back from the sanatorium. I would like to thank everyone for their attentive, friendly attitude. A wonderful sanatorium where you can relax and improve your health.

Thank you to your resort! Professionals work for our health! I came to recover from a very severe ankle fracture. I returned home on my feet and in excellent condition. Dr. Karlovskaya Anna Anatolyevna prescribed all the necessary procedures, was always attentive and caring. A high-class professional!!! I would like to express special gratitude to my personal physical therapy coach Platonova Nadezhda Vasilyevna, who put me on my feet in the truest sense of the word. Thanks to her experience, skills and attention, I returned home on my feet. Thank you. All procedures (physiotherapy, swimming pool, massage, etc. are provided by professionals: kindly, correctly, carefully, carefully). I will be happy to come to you more than once.

We were at the resort with my husband for one week. I really liked it. The aquacenter is gorgeous, the food is excellent. Special thanks to masseur Vladimir Vladimirovich Kononenko, golden hands! And I also liked the physical therapy classes, the coach is a man (I don't know the last name). In general, all the staff is very friendly, they immediately respond to any requests. In general -everything is for people!!! We will definitely come again.

A magnificent resort, wonderful and friendly staff, excellent varied food (buffet) for all tastes and preferences. My endless gratitude to the staff of the sanatorium: I forgot my swimsuit when leaving - they immediately called me and sent me. I recommend this place to everyone for rest and treatment.

We arrived at the resort for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the level of service: everything is clearly organized, convenient time of arrival and departure, independently determine the desired dates of treatment. The food at the resort is very tasty and very diverse, every day we were pampered with some goodies: original dishes, fruits, sweets - everyone could satisfy their taste. We received the whole complex of treatment that was necessary, for this special thanks to the attending physician Zinaida Antonovna, an attentive, competent specialist. I would also like to express my special gratitude to Anastasia, the organizer of leisure, who brings a lot of interesting and unexpected things to the life of the Resort. Her English language club, water dancing and many, many other things are worthy of the highest praise. Thank you to the entire staff of the Resort for your sincere attitude!

We rested with my husband in a sanatorium for the first time. The impression remained the best. I was struck by the clear organization with routing of the entire complex of events, without intrusive fuss and haste. Thanks to all the staff of the sanatorium for the treatment and rest!

I would like to thank the Administration and staff of the Staraya Russa sanatorium for the treatment and rehabilitation. During my stay in the sanatorium, I received a lot of positive emotions. The procedures were prescribed in accordance with the diseases and the covid I suffered in sufficient quantity. During the procedures, the staff proved to be literate and polite specialists. The rooms are very cozy, the cleaning was done in a timely manner. It was nice to visit the dining room, a variety of dishes with an emphasis on diet met all tastes. I would also like to mention the cultural program held on the territory of the sanatorium Staraya Russa, the programs were compiled taking into account the age category of vacationers. Everything is done for the good of people. I would be happy to advise my friends and close relatives to visit and get treated in a sanatorium. I want to wish the staff health, prosperity and remain the same responsive people. With great respect, Natalia Nikolaevna Mashkina. a resident of St. Petersburg. Thank you very much.

I had a rest in June 2021 . I did not expect such a great level of service at a domestic resort! Very friendly atmosphere, attentive and polite doctors, nurses and resort staff. Individual approach to each guest. A huge territory, lots of greenery, everything is very neat and clean, the resort is constantly being updated. Of course, there are also dissatisfied, but it is not clear what: the food is varied, there is a diet table, there are enough places for everyone in the restaurant. A lot of classes with children, a good evening program, after which you can walk around the territory or go to a disco right there. I express my gratitude to all the doctors, nurses (and medical brothers), staff for the warm welcome and kind attitude, I will definitely come again!
