We arrived with my wife on FSS vouchers, which we are incredibly happy about! We are delighted with the resort itself, felt the sincerity of the staff. We would like to note the high professionalism of Natalia Borisovna Bogdanova! HER underwater massage sessions were received with great pleasure. We are very grateful to her!

I have been to the sanatorium with my husband about 10 times and this speaks for itself. So everything is fine. This is the best sanatorium ! Today I want to thank the very responsible and attentive girls from the sales department Anna and Olga with the choice of a ticket.

This is not the first time we have come to Staraya Russa. Our choice fell on this resort because of the child. He is a schoolboy and I wanted him to rest and get positive during the holidays, and not sit at home in gadgets. There is such a wonderful atmosphere, food and most importantly animators! Our son forgot about everything, he participates in all entertainment programs, master classes, discos and shows! And what crafts have never been repeated! The animators are such good fellows, funny, positive! Even we parents couldn't resist and participated in the entertainment! Many thanks to all the staff for wanting to come back here again and again!

We rested and recovered twice at the resort. We received a great positive charge from treatment and communication with the resort staff at all levels. I would like to express my special gratitude to Olga Orlova, a specialist of the mud baths of the Staraya Russa resort. With her hard work, she retains an amazing positive mood, which she tries to convey to each patient. For anyone, she has a kind word, a joke, a smile or good advice. It is very pleasant for her to undergo mud applications - she infects everyone (in the best sense of the word) with a great mood and a desire to live. When you hear how she communicates with the guests of the resort, you see how Olga Orlova takes care of them, how she puts her soul into her hard work, you understand: if everyone were like this and did their job so sensitively and conscientiously, and the country as a whole would probably live better. Health to her and a bow for sensitivity and attention to those who come to the resort!

Many thanks to the wonderful doctor Zinaida Antonovna, the very professional registrar of the mud baths Valentina, the massage master Simon Georgievich and all the medical staff of the sanatorium for their dedicated work. I would like to wish them good health and happiness.

For the first time we rested in Staraya Russa - such a wonderful resort! We stopped by almost immediately after the quarantine, on June 9, 2020. My wife and I liked everything - room service, polite and attentive reception at the reception, catering at the restaurant, wonderful doctors and nurses at all procedures, in water and mud baths, massage therapists and physical therapy trainers, staff of mini and sports pools. Thank you all! In the conditions of partial cancellation of quarantine restrictions, cultural and leisure activities were a little lacking, but even here it turned out not everything was so hopeless. Announcements of meetings and games for children and adults organized in the library began to appear on the counter of the Dostoevsky restaurant. A young, enthusiastic girl Nadezhda Grigorieva, a cult-mass organizer, conducted game classes with children and adult vacationers. In one of the evenings, she introduced the guests of the resort to her author's song repertoire, all those present highly appreciated the creative potential of the performer and thanked them with long applause. I am personally grateful to Nadezhda for her help in organizing a small concert-meeting, where, as a laureate of international music competitions, I was able to show the audience the performance capabilities of the harmonica. At the same event, a vacationer from St. Petersburg - the author-poet offered to hold his creative meeting. These evening "gatherings" brought new bright emotions to our rest! It's a pity that our vacation with my wife quickly ended... Once again, we express our great gratitude to all the employees of the Staraya Russa resort, we wish you success, all the best and health!

This year I rested in Staraya Russa for the third time from June 6 to June 18, 2020. I am very grateful to all the staff of the sanatorium for their friendly, attentive attitude to vacationers. Many thanks to the wonderful doctor Lyudmila Mirzovna Tretyakova, communication with her also heals! The effectiveness of the procedures increases thanks to very kind, skillful doctors.
