Gynecological massage is performed on a gynecological chair, 2 hours after eating and with an empty bladder.
The procedure is effective in the treatment of female infertility of tuboperitoneal nature; adhesive process in the pelvis (after inflammation and surgical treatment); omission of the genitals; chronic salpingoophoritis (remission period).
Massage is contraindicated during the period of exacerbation of chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs; with the degree of purity of the vagina 3-4 art.; malignant neoplasms and suspicion of their presence; in the post-abortion period (before the first menstruation); with hyperestrogenic diseases (uterine fibroids, endometriosis, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyp and cervical canal); cysts and ovarian cysts; precancerous diseases of the cervix (dysplasia, leukoplakia); polycystic ovary syndrome; hyperestrogenemia, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia; during lactation.
