Shahteral baths

Shahteral baths are baths made of natural or artificially prepared mineral water and containing various gases, trace elements, biologically active substances. The patient is immersed in the bath to the level of the nipples and is located in a comfortable position. After the bath, he soaks the body with a towel, without rubbing, wraps the body in warmth and rests for 15-20 minutes. The duration of the procedure is 10-20 minutes, carried out with a break every other day. Baths have a positive effect on the heart, liver, skeletal muscles, improve their microcirculation.
