Reviews of the Staraya Russa resort

We had a rest with my husband from 28.10.2016 to 30.10.2016. I decided to congratulate my husband on his birthday. There was a surprise in the room from the administration of the sanatorium - as a gift 2 hours to visit the water park. Thank you very much, it was very nice! It is not the first time we have rested in this sanatorium and every time we do not cease to admire! Everything is at the highest level: accommodation, meals, the staff is attentive and very friendly! The rest was a success! Thanks!

I would like to share my impressions about the resort. I had a rest from September 17 to September 29 , 2016 . I am 45 years old. I was resting alone. A great place for mental recovery and treatment. Lots of procedures. Sometimes I even got tired of their number. Excellent medical base, excellent specialists. A very varied diet. The only thing I would like to wish is to diversify the breakfasts a little. Otherwise-the highest level. Dietary buffet! Perfectly! Shock wave diagnostics was performed. This procedure itself is not cheap, and at the resort its cost was pleasantly surprised. In the hustle and bustle of a big city, it is sometimes very difficult to do it. I am satisfied with the result and the opportunity to undergo it while on complex treatment. I could safely recommend Russ to my friends and acquaintances. The price-quality ratio is at a very high level. Keep it up !

I took a course of spa treatment. I had a great rest, distracted from all the worries and problems. Excellent treatment and excellent nutrition. An excellent leisure program - excursions, themed entertainment evenings, visits of the Novgorod Drama Theater. The rooms are clean and cozy. A wonderful sanatorium!

We have been going to the sanatorium with my husband since 2006. So in September we will again enjoy the attention of the staff and the intoxicating air. The only wish is to resume fitness and Pilates classes. Marina led them (now she's in charge of physical therapy, it seems). Maybe I'm wrong about the name and position.

I am very glad that I went. An excellent sanatorium for any age. I was very pleased with the service, I have never seen such smiling and responsive employees anywhere else)thank you for the treatment, excellent nutrition. Excellent room in the Rachmaninov building, standard +. the territory is clean. In general, the sanatorium is in my heart. The only negative is that we didn't have time to clean the tables in the dining room, but it's so insignificant.

We rested at the Staraya Russa resort from the end of July 2016 until August of the same year.I would like to share my impressions. We arrived by train from Moscow to Pskov and got off at the Staraya Russa station, we were immediately met by a resort bus (it was 4 in the morning).We got there quickly, but I can't thank the driver, because he didn't even help to take out heavy bags!The receptionist girl confused our surnames, it was not very pleasant.Then we went to our building.Our building is building 6 "Mendeleev".There we were informed that right now the elevator is not working and we have to lift our suitcases to the 4th floor on our own, but fortunately the security guard helped us.We express our great gratitude!)Our room was very clean and cozy, the refrigerator and all appliances worked perfectly.Special thanks to the service staff for their excellent work.Building number 6 or "Mendeleev" is very well located, near the "Relict Park".Wonderful air and territory.Clean lakes (there are as many as 3 of them), a lot of greenery, a mini zoo (Pushkin pony, sheep,roosters,geese,turkeys, squirrel, peacocks),a rock garden, a health alley, a pleasant climate.The dining room was not very impressed, probably the only disadvantage of this sanatorium.You need to constantly look for a place (table), often they have already eaten behind it and dirty dishes are not in a hurry to clean up.The food is not cooked badly.Thanks to the girls at the reception and of course to the officers and cooks.I especially want to mention the girl who baked pancakes and gave out ice cream.Thanks!!Doctors are caring and attentive, prescribe a lot of procedures, but all are useful)))I would like to mention the masseurs in room number 9.The baths are gorgeous,the sports pool is excellent,there is a lot of space,there is even a small water park for children, there is a warm pool with geysers.The mineral pool is a special place.You can improve your health and at the same time get tremendous pleasure.The water in it is warm, there are not many people, there are a variety of equipment for those who swim poorly (they can be taken completely free of charge).In the pump room you can drink mineral water.You can book various excursions at the resort.The guides are experienced and tell very interesting stories.I visited Veliky Novgorod and Lake Ilmen.The girl who signs you up for the tour is very polite and friendly.You can also go outside the resort and walk around the city.Everything is very close: shops, market, souvenirs, museums (FREE) and much more.There are 2 famous churches nearby.There are a lot of souvenirs, they are sold in the pump room (but expensive), although there are very rare and beautiful things.In the first building there is a resort theater.Unfortunately, all concerts except one were paid (100-300 rubles).The free concert was given by Alexey Kostin, a wonderful singer who lifted the mood.Free movies almost every night, as well as discos.There is also a library in the first building.For a fee, you can visit a bar,a phyto bar, a bowling alley.Many came from Moscow or St. Petersburg.A very cultured audience.All our friends (met in Staraya Russa) liked it, even extended their vacation. "Like in paradise," many elderly ladies said.We liked it, maybe we will come again.A European-level resort, everything is on top!!!!! Special thanks to all employees of the resort!!!)))

For a very long time I wanted to visit the Staraya Russa resort, in June such an opportunity appeared. She was undergoing spa treatment. There are a lot of pleasant impressions left after the rest, which I want to share. The atmosphere at the resort is really for recreation, all conditions are created: a large area with ponds, century-old trees, clean air, the famous Muravyevsky fountain, there is a playground, a mini zoo, a rock garden. The procedures were pleasantly surprised: various mud treatments, mineral baths, massage, physical therapy, a visit to the pool, a decent aquatic center. The staff is qualified, attentive, I would like to highlight the instructor of physical therapy Elena Vladimirovna Tereeva (I'm sorry, I could have made a mistake in the name), a very good specialist, the whole group did the exercises with pleasure. Entertainment after the procedures for every taste: sit by the Muravyevsky fountain, visit the resort theater, where I attended an evening of piano music, vocal numbers, there is a billiards table, a bar, a disco. The resort has its own beach, where the water in the pond is comparable to sea water, the weather was sunny: I swam, sunbathed, even on returning home I was told that I had brought a tan from the sea. The restaurant of the resort: "Dostoevsky", decorated thematically, I personally was very pleased to come there, as this is the first of my favorite writers of our country. The room was also in the same building, the room is modern, clean, cozy. All kinds of food, buffet, very tasty and most importantly healthy! I would like to thank the management of the resort, the staff for the excellent level of recreation, treatment, maintenance and development of the Staraya Russa resort! I will definitely come again. I advise all my friends to visit the resort.
