We had a rest with the whole family in the period from May 17 to May 20, one of the days of which fell on my husband's birthday. Upon arrival at the hotel on May 17, it turned out that I was confused with the armor of the room and then I began to panic. After driving 300 kilometers from St. Petersburg with a baby in our arms (our two-month-old baby came with us), it turned out that the reserve that was made for a month was absolutely not suitable for us. I was extremely upset and then the sales department helped us a lot, for which I want to express my GREAT GRATITUDE to them! Charming girls instantly joined in solving our problem - someone called Booking and asked to make a reservation there, someone helped to make a reservation again, someone offered a SPA package and told about additional services. All the actions of the employees were so clear, prompt and professionally organized that we could only give them a standing ovation! Many thanks to the entire sales department from our entire Kiselyov family! Also another pleasant surprise was a cake that was given to us for my husband's Birthday and a certificate for swimming in the pool! Very nice and nice! Thank you for your care and attention! After a long search for a place where you can conduct a course of treatment for my spinal problems, I stopped at the Staraya Russa resort, and it turned out to be not far from the Pskov region, where I live. And so, for 14 calendar days from 7 to 30 April, both I and your wonderful team worked hard. Now, after returning, there are, of course, problems, but the improvement of the condition does not come immediately.I was guided by the therapist Mironova Galina Yuryevna, a big thank you from me. Of course, in such a short time, I want everything at once and get a lot of procedures. And by the evening, swimming in the Water Park pool relieves all fatigue. There is nothing to write about food except gratitude. Well done girls and young people, in tireless hard work. Physical therapy classes were conducted by Elena Vladimirovna Tuneeva, everyone was very happy after her warm-ups. Manual massage - thanks to Lenochka from the 15th cabinet. And these long, as it seems at first, paths between the buildings of hospitals and buildings.If there is time between procedures, you can walk along the lake, feed the birds, just think, relax. We are resting in the sanatorium now, the ticket is from May 1 to May 10, 2017. we are coming for the third time. In recent years, the resort has changed a lot for the better. Excellent treatment, wonderful staff, excellent food. The number (313) of the Dostoevsky building is wonderful! Florence, Rome, Greece - resting) The air is clean, the nature is wonderful! Arrived the day before at 15 o'clock, settled immediately within 15 minutes. In the evening there is always something to do and where to go. Concerts, performances, discos, walks... Good afternoon! I have been resting and improving my health at the Staraya Russa resort for many years, I have witnessed different periods of development and changes in the resort, but mostly positive. Many thanks to all the management and maintenance staff of the resort, medical workers, leisure organizers and specialists of the resort theater, who with love and taste make up the cultural program: concerts, performances, film screenings, informative lectures, conversations, walks (especially amazing walks with a resort lady) and other activities. Low bow to Irina Lashinskaya, Natalia Basmanova for knowledge of rare historical moments, professionalism, tact, a subtle sense of humor, love for vacationers and the joy of communication. I wish you further development, smiles and inspiration, and the wish is to reflect the cultural program in advance (1-2 days in advance) and in the recreation section on the resort's website.

We had a rest with my husband from 28.10.2016 to 30.10.2016. I decided to congratulate my husband on his birthday. There was a surprise in the room from the administration of the sanatorium - as a gift 2 hours to visit the water park. Thank you very much, it was very nice! It is not the first time we have rested in this sanatorium and every time we do not cease to admire! Everything is at the highest level: accommodation, meals, the staff is attentive and very friendly! The rest was a success! Thanks!

I would like to share my impressions about the resort. I had a rest from September 17 to September 29 , 2016 . I am 45 years old. I was resting alone. A great place for mental recovery and treatment. Lots of procedures. Sometimes I even got tired of their number. Excellent medical base, excellent specialists. A very varied diet. The only thing I would like to wish is to diversify the breakfasts a little. Otherwise-the highest level. Dietary buffet! Perfectly! Shock wave diagnostics was performed. This procedure itself is not cheap, and at the resort its cost was pleasantly surprised. In the hustle and bustle of a big city, it is sometimes very difficult to do it. I am satisfied with the result and the opportunity to undergo it while on complex treatment. I could safely recommend Russ to my friends and acquaintances. The price-quality ratio is at a very high level. Keep it up !

I took a course of spa treatment. I had a great rest, distracted from all the worries and problems. Excellent treatment and excellent nutrition. An excellent leisure program - excursions, themed entertainment evenings, visits of the Novgorod Drama Theater. The rooms are clean and cozy. A wonderful sanatorium!

We have been going to the sanatorium with my husband since 2006. So in September we will again enjoy the attention of the staff and the intoxicating air. The only wish is to resume fitness and Pilates classes. Marina led them (now she's in charge of physical therapy, it seems). Maybe I'm wrong about the name and position.

I am very glad that I went. An excellent sanatorium for any age. I was very pleased with the service, I have never seen such smiling and responsive employees anywhere else)thank you for the treatment, excellent nutrition. Excellent room in the Rachmaninov building, standard +. the territory is clean. In general, the sanatorium is in my heart. The only negative is that we didn't have time to clean the tables in the dining room, but it's so insignificant.
