Good afternoon! I want to thank the administration of the resort for the opportunity to sunbathe and swim on the therapeutic lake of the resort to local residents of the city. I would like to note the attentive and responsive staff, the clean and cozy territory of the beach, and also there is a request to pay attention to the promptness when issuing a pass on weekends and the possibility of a one-time visit. I had a rest in the sanatorium from February 1 to 13, the impression of the resort was good, a lot of young people work at this health factory, surprisingly friendly staff, the service is high and the living rooms are quite respectable. About feeding special respect, the food is varied for every taste and a large assortment.I especially want to mention my attending physician Agafonova Zinaida Antonovna. I am very grateful to her for her professional thoughtful approach to my appointments of procedures. She is attentive to the patient, has a relaxed conversation and explains everything very clearly why this or that procedure is necessary, thank you very much, Zinaida Antonovna, I will be glad to come and consult with you again, I wish you to work longer for the benefit of your patients.

We rested and were treated in a sanatorium with my husband from January 2 to January 9. I really liked almost everything. I was surprised that no one makes comments, everyone is polite and courteous. No need to sit for a long time and wait in line for the procedure. We lived in the 3rd building. The room is gorgeous and despite the terrible frosts it was perfectly heated! The food is very varied and delicious! Beautiful winter nature, a non-freezing fountain with healing water, procedures, a phyto bar and beautiful interior decoration left an indelible impression. We dream of coming again someday. Thank you all!!!!

I have just returned, the impressions are wonderful, the treatment is deep and comprehensive, I have not seen anything but kindness and smiles from the staff:) the mood is wonderful, despite the fact that the weather has prepared a surprise for us: it was minus 20 degrees and plus! I want to repeat the trip again, it would be good if it became my tradition once a year. Thank you very much!!!

I came for rest and treatment for the second time and was satisfied!A lot has changed for the better in two years: the spa after renovation is cozy, clean, pleasant music, and, as last time, polite and qualified staff!restaurant in 3corpus -white furniture, cleanliness and order, smiling and responsive waiters, sufficient and varied food for the sanatorium!!!I have something to compare it with; a new aquatic center...what was so lacking here!, relict park.....The very atmosphere in the resort, wonderful air, healthy water and sensitive staff help to return to life after difficult working days, relax, improve your health and get a lot of positive emotions!Thank you very much!The problem with choosing a sanatorium is no longer worth it!I will definitely come here again!

Hello! It was not the first time I was at the resort. Before AMAKS became the owner, everything was different: 1 Treatment: finally, doctors did not "care" about vacationers. Finally, a professional consultation, a competent approach to the patient. Clear purpose of procedures with a full explanation

I was in a sanatorium in the sixth month of pregnancy for a week. I really liked it. Diet meals in the dining room were especially suitable)))The staff is friendly, attentive. The only thing that surprised me was the absence of a doctor during working hours. The newly arrived patients waited at the office for an hour and a half while the doctor congratulated Nachmed on his birthday. I took it as a "small-town flavor", it is not accepted to hurry in the resort at all))))And in general, a wonderful resort. I recommend it to everyone! Relax, improve your health, have fun!!!

I am very glad that Valery, a hairdresser, has appeared in Staraya Russa (resort)-a master of his craft! It does its job perfectly, while not loading empty chatter! This is the only master who is not afraid to go to (for his hair). If he sees that you want something that will not suit you or spoil your hair, he will definitely tell you about it and give advice ON the FACT!

A Wonderful Aquatic Center!Everything is thought out (lockers, security system), decent design and finishing materials. I would also like to note the work of the staff - all employees are responsive, helpful and polite.I would especially like to mention the staff of the Shakhteral Pool and Physiotherapy rooms. Diverse procedures provide an opportunity for comprehensive rehabilitation. A good level of nutrition - a varied menu and delicious dishes. I will definitely come again!Thanks!!

Thank you for the rest from 12.10.2015 to 29.10.2015! Everything was wonderful: treatment, nutrition, leisure, and even the weather! I rested my soul. The sanatorium has caring and attentive staff. Come and you won't regret it.
