I had a rest from August 3-14, 2015. I come for treatment 5 times. Lots of impressions. The first time in the summer. We were incredibly lucky with the weather. I had a chance to swim in the lake and sunbathe. Tan, by the way, is not worse than the southern one. The procedures were prescribed in full, in accordance with my health. I got a boost of vigor and health, I think, for the whole year. I think I will come more than once. I want to come in winter now. I thank all the staff of the sanatorium. We rested and underwent treatment at the resort - my daughter and I were 12 years old from July 25 to August 3 (10 days). There were very decent rooms in the Dostoevsky building (our room 221 was with a huge terrace). Beautiful well-groomed territory, a lot of entertainment for children: bicycle rental, aqua zone, mini zoo, children's room, a variety of entertainment programs, interesting excursions both through the tour company and the resort and attractions of Staraya Russa. The course of treatment included a lot of procedures: massage, pearl baths, underwater massage, mud applications, autogravitation unloading of the spine, exercise therapy, inhalations, gum massage with mineral water (perhaps I even missed something). There is a well-equipped beach on the territory (I didn't have to take a dip, it was cool, but people were swimming). Excellent buffet food, special thanks for the pancakes at breakfast, my daughter just rushed to breakfast to eat delicious pancakes. Thanks! I recommend this resort to everyone for relaxing body and soul.

The food is beyond praise, especially the breakfasts, everything is very decent! Special thanks to the hairdresser Valery! This is not a trivial, creative person. About the cons: I do not advise you to get to the doctor Gavuchak N.G. At the initial reception to tell the patient about your own illnesses and difficulties-not enough to say, not professionally. It's not even bad here - they feed well, the room is normal, they give ice cream in the cafeteria, and if you want more often, you can buy it either in the phytobar (fresh juice is very tasty there) or in the second building, there are many interesting excursions (from the city tourism center) - but there is only one mince - they develop individual excursions for a long time - for example, an approximate price is given on request in a week at best, but with a separate one - longer. However, this problem is irrelevant for most - because the average vacationer does not live in the Novgorod region / is not a summer resident (or he simply does not have the money / desire / confidence that an individual excursion may not be so expensive). For example, I successfully went with them on an individual trip to Soltsy (it's cool there, you won't regret going there - but don't forget about the parks of Gorki and Vybiti - without them the tour will not be full-fledged), and other excursions are very good, although it would be possible to go to the Pskov region more thoroughly - there is also there is Porkhov with a fortress, and Pskov is not only with the Kremlin and that's it. Well, as far as they were treated, they probably treated a little, but I don't know how much... Of the minor disadvantages, there are only rental sticks for Scandinavian walking, and you can only buy in a sports store - far from the resort - I ordered a taxi - it's inexpensive - 50 rubles. in the city. About dental treatment - I praise - they cured what they could not in Borovichi (although teeth are not my main disease, I don't see any special improvements yet - but it is specific and not widespread - it's not all fast). Well, also about the city - taxi services in the city are very specific - often there are no free cars or they drive for half an hour often - take this into account when ordering a taxi, so as not to get bored with trifles (if that's not a reproach to the resort, but to taxi drivers - for example, Respect taxi, Alpha - let's voice so to speak "heroes" - the people must know them...
