We had a rest with the whole family in the period from May 17 to May 20, one of the days of which fell on my husband's birthday. Upon arrival at the hotel on May 17, it turned out that I was confused with the armor of the room and then I began to panic. After driving 300 kilometers from St. Petersburg with a baby in our arms (our two-month-old baby came with us), it turned out that the reserve that was made for a month was absolutely not suitable for us. I was extremely upset and then the sales department helped us a lot, for which I want to express my GREAT GRATITUDE to them! Charming girls instantly joined in solving our problem - someone called Booking and asked to make a reservation there, someone helped to make a reservation again, someone offered a SPA package and told about additional services. All the actions of the employees were so clear, prompt and professionally organized that we could only give them a standing ovation! Many thanks to the entire sales department from our entire Kiselyov family! Also another pleasant surprise was a cake that was given to us for my husband's Birthday and a certificate for swimming in the pool! Very nice and nice! Thank you for your care and attention!
