Good day! I was vacationing at the resort of Saroy Russa in the Amaks hotel chain in October 2024. There are a number of positive aspects, but there are enough blatantly outrageous ones… As a result, I wrote an honest detailed review of the resort, which I posted on independent websites and sent for placement on the AMAKS website. On Saturday, they wrote to me that the review would be posted on a weekday, but then, when I did not find it among the published ones, I was informed that incorrect information about the timing was provided. Below is the content of the review and I attach screenshots of correspondence with AMAKS employees. Please note that such quality of services and feedback is very damaging to the reputation of a serious organization. I also hope to receive an answer to my letter, whether measures will be taken to the hotel staff so that the rest will be comfortable and pleasant in the future. Ignoring complaints and comments is a separate factor that increases the anger of vacationers. The text of the review: " I'll start in order. In my life, a situation arose in which, for objective reasons, I gained 6 extra kg and decided to lose them. On the eve of my vacation, I was looking at options where they can help me cope with this difficult task. Rejecting all sectarian and infocygan miracle courses, I chose a sanatorium with medicine and a name ... the program "Lose weight without stress" (options for 7 and 10 days, I chose 7). I immediately realized that miracles were unlikely, but since such a program exists in such an officially health-improving place, and I am a disciplined patient, I decided that it was based on something. Impressions are both bad and good, I'll start in order… 1. Accommodation and territory. There are no questions, very decent, a large area with a picturesque old park, as well-equipped as possible, a pleasant place, everything you need in the room, the atmosphere is nice, there is always hot water. In general, the property fund is without complaints. 2.Service and maintenance. Everything is much sadder here... I arrived later than expected, found myself in Staraya Russa at 23.00 (the city is quiet and empty), there is no transport, it is impossible to get through to a taxi using the suggested numbers, Yandex taxi and Uber do not work (stock up on valid numbers in advance), I was lucky to get a taxi to the train station and I got a chance to get there... the cafes are all closed, there is no cafeteria in the hotel, you can only buy some sweets and coffee at the reception (there is no tea!!!... neither in the room, nor for money at the reception ... and then I will describe the situation in the dining room). I checked in, I liked the conditions, I repeat, but ... a day later I hung up a sign that cleaning was required, hung all day, no reaction ... despite the fact that I approached the reception with this question in the afternoon. And there is a special feature of the towel replacement rule, which is that if you want to change, then you need to throw the used ones on the floor (towel replacement was achieved through a scandal closer to night), but before that I came across that for the most part it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through the phones issued at the reception as contact numbers! A separate indignation is that at first, when the first procedures are underway and you don't know which building to go to, the reception doesn't help either, I'm faced with a situation that they just don't know themselves!!! This is not a level even for an institution with much less pretension!!!! AND THE MOST OUTRAGEOUS THING is that as part of the paid program, I had to have a final visit to the doctor, which was scheduled by the doctor himself for 14.00 on the last day of my stay (in writing! I mean, the story is not about confusion). I came in advance, I wanted to go early to have more time to pack, the door was closed...14.00 ... similarly ... at 14.15 I caught a man in a bathrobe and found out that my doctor was given a day off for work on the weekend, and I don't even mind, BUT!!!! Not only WAS I NOT OVERWRITTEN (for example, to another doctor), BUT I WAS NOT WARNED OR APOLOGIZED. They didn't even bother to put any information on the door!!! 3. Nutrition. I read very different reviews before my arrival, so I left with contradictions… I'll clarify right away that I can't write about the taste of all dishes (I'm a vegetarian, but I eat eggs and milk, so I won't say anything about fish and all kinds of meat). I'll start with a good (unfortunately there is less of it) variety is presented, visitors with different tastes may well choose something for themselves, a standard table salad of fresh cabbage and part of the bread they bake is good, vegetable cream soups and cottage cheese casserole are not bad... that's all:(the rest seems to be everything, but you can only take it in your mouth from hunger... everything is overcooked, soggy (if not sour), tasteless... broccoli is digested into rags, how can you make something so tasteless unimaginably from cauliflower! Let's get back to tea! There is a regular shortage of boiling water and TEA at two watering points. The presented assortment of tea compotes of different flavors-please, there is no SIMPLE BLACK TEA WITHOUT ADDITIVES regularly, everyone asks, is outraged, but to no avail!!! In addition, for such money, you can solve the issue of ventilation, after the dining room, clothes and hair STINK FIERCELY of the CANTEEN! Wishing to end this section on a pleasant note... the decoration of the dining room is the cloakroom attendant Valentina with a phenomenal memory! 4. Procedures. And again, I want to say good things) with very few exceptions, the staff conducting the procedures are extremely pleasant, friendly and responsible. To each of them (not to the doctors!) I would like to say a big thank you, if I also come to this resort, it will be to them for the procedures…(but I'm not sure I'll come until I make a wish). I will not describe individual procedures, they are different for everyone, but all of mine were carried out by competent hard workers!. 5. SPA. I visited the resort and additional SPA services, pressotherapy, to admit, it's average ... it's not clear at all what such money is for!!!!! Speaking of them, the prices are very high, it's not at all budget-friendly, I would say metropolitan ... but let's get back to the positive! The cosmetologist's facial massage was surprisingly good!!! Thanks to the master!!! The case when it is not a pity to spend money, however, I repeat, the price is too high. 6. And finally, I'm writing about the program itself, because I haven't found any reviews about it myself. I can't judge about the effect of weight loss (I was not weighed either before or after ... to the question of the working out of the program), they answer questions to doctors about the effectiveness themselves sooooo evasively on the topic, we make efforts, but miracles do not happen, and even in a short time....however, they do not hesitate to accept patients at a good price for the terms stated by their program, I am not sure that this is honest and professional! In general, it reduces the authority of a serious institution to the level of ifocyganism from which I started and which I rejected when choosing an "institution". However, it is too early to draw unambiguous conclusions, upon arrival home you need to weigh yourself, maybe there will be at least some result… Have a good rest, everyone!"

I've been having panic attacks for over a year. I fought them unsuccessfully, drank a pill at most and that was it. I saw it in the sanatorium "Amaks. Staraya Russa" program "Stop panic attack". I arrived under the program "Stop panic attack" with the thought - "I'll just try, it won't help, at least I'll rest." But the first consultation with psychologist Elena Pilieva exceeded all expectations! Elena is completely attractive to herself and already at the first consultation, Elena gave advice on how to overcome an anxious state. During all the consultations with Elena, I received a lot of useful information. These consultations were like a "breath of fresh air" for me and this is exactly what I needed at the moment. Many thanks to Elena Pilieva! I also really want to thank Angelika Volkova for yoga classes and solstice. I discovered the incredible world of yoga. I never would have thought that yoga could be so addictive. All this is thanks to Angelica's approach! Angelica conducts classes in a comfortable environment, always helps, comments on each exercise. Well, standing on nails is difficult, but very exciting. Especially when you understand how to do it right. Now I will continue to do yoga at home and, of course, stand on nails. Neurohymnastics and self-improvement will occupy a separate place in my schedule! In general, a week's rest in the sanatorium "Amaks" pleased not only with comfort and cool service, but also with absolute benefits for body and soul. I will definitely come back here again!

Wonderful work of all departments. - The friendliness and responsiveness of the booking department, with detailed consultations by phone and online on various issues. - Organization of the transfer. Thank you for arranging the route from the train station to you and back. On such an early morning, arriving in a new city, I did not have to worry about how to get to my place of rest. - And, of course, the rest itself, treatment and nutrition are all at the highest level. Mom really liked that there is no strict time limit on nutrition. She was pleased with both the quantity and quality of the procedures included in the price of the voucher. We had a rest on 11-16.06.24 at the resort of 4 generations, my mother is 83 years old, I am a daughter with 2 children. They lived in the 3rd building "Dostoevsky". The rest turned out to be wonderful. Breakfasts for every taste. The beach is beautiful, I even swam twice (I've been dreaming since that year). Both us and the children liked the pool. The territory is well maintained, was my mother here 60 years ago ???? and every time she talked about how everything had changed and how beautiful everything was. The rooms are beautiful, there was a small overlap (they were given on different floors), but the booking department immediately helped and a day later we lived on the 4th floor opposite each other. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the maid Svetlana Alekseeva, the senior maid Olga Nikiforova and Larisa Berezhnova for the excellent performance of their professional duties and for their attitude towards vacationers, they immediately received information and help for all questions and requests. It is very valuable on vacation with young children and the elderly. We will definitely come back to you again.

We rested at your place for the fifth time, it's nice that every year when we return to you, positive changes are visible, the territory is improved and landscaped, some facilities are being repaired, the beach is modernized. I would like to thank the entire staff of the resort for their hard work, our calm and comfortable stay. Before the Day of the Medical Worker, we express our gratitude to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. I would especially like to thank our attending physician Rodina Marina Vyacheslavovna for her attentive attitude, individual approach and patience, masseuse Nesterova Yana Stanislavovna, physical therapy instructor Ivanova Irina Nikolaevna, Ukraintseva Olga Anatolyevna, Sidenko Lyubov Ivanovna (physiotherapy), Vasilyeva Masha mud baths. Thank you for your hard work, good health, peace and prosperity. We traditionally stay in the 1st building, high-quality timely room cleaning is always carried out, regular linen change, maids are always friendly, attentive, always ready to help. The only thing that does not suit is the stuffiness in the rooms, a huge request to the Resort administration to equip each room with a fan. It's hard in the hot season. There were no problems with security this year, everything was calm. There were few events, even fewer high-quality ones, but this, of course, did not overshadow our vacation. We are always happy to attend events held by Natalia Borisovna Basmanova. I wish her good health, optimism and presence of mind. I wanted to make a remark about the events (this is purely our opinion, we do not impose it on anyone), but rather than spending money on worthless voiceless and incompetent artists like Olga Jaunzen, it is better to conduct free excursions around Staraya Russa, to the Bereginya center, master classes, etc. The reception desk has also started to work better, although incompetent employees come across. Before coming to you, I called to clarify the transfer on Sunday to the Moscow- Pskov train, they replied that there was no transfer, which was not true. Next time I will clarify the name of the person responsible. I would like to say separately about nutrition. The waiters in the restaurant work quickly, the dishes are constantly replenished, the tables are quickly cleaned......But, the quality of the dishes and the cooking make much to be desired. If a person eats low-salted, low-fat and not fried food, then certain problems arise. Breakfast is basically fine, you can take cottage cheese, porridge, casserole or omelet. But lunch and dinner: salty fatty soup, pork cutlets, salted salads, etc. There were a lot of fruits, but there were no juices, there were practically no fruit drinks. This year, the restaurant management was not interested in the opinion of the vacationers. I went up to the dietitian once, but she spread her hands and said that everything was on the menu. The only thanks are that, on her advice, we were given cottage cheese in the evening at the request. We have never seen the head of the restaurant, as it was in previous years, when a young man stood and asked, talked. I hope that these nutritional claims will be taken into account , we are coming to the resort, which implies at least a hint of healthy eating. I think there should be an alternative: who has fried pork ribs in the evening, and who has cottage cheese and omelet, select separate tables. I would also like to note that the meat dishes were very poorly cooked. Another wish that I write about every year: please provide towels when visiting the Aqua Center. Otherwise, the rest left only positive impressions and emotions, I want to come to you again, we definitely plan to be with you next year, we advertise among friends. Good luck and development to the Staraya Russa resort and the entire AMAKS network. We hope that at least partially, but our wishes will be taken into account.

And we are very happy about this: Olga Vladimirovna is a high-class professional. In dealing with patients, she is always attentive, patient and tactful. I had a rest in a sanatorium in November 2023 under the program "Stop panic attack". I am very pleased with the program, I felt my anxiety decrease, and I managed to completely relax. The program is selected very efficiently. Wonderful baths, yoga sessions, sessions with a therapist and many other treatments. All this has had a beneficial effect on my condition. And sessions with a psychologist gave me answers to many questions, in addition to reducing anxiety, I also realized what I should do to have fun. I rested with great joy. I recommend the sanatorium.

Hello! I was in the sanatorium in March 2024 under the program "Stop panic attack". I liked the program for its content-the procedures are very well chosen. With the doctor, A.A. Karlovskaya, they selected additional procedures specifically for me. The week just flew by unnoticeably and productively, at the same time. I especially want to highlight the work of psychologist E.Z. Pilieva. I have extensive experience working with psychologists, including on duty (I work as a nurse in an oncological institution). So I have never received so much information and such help from anyone as from Elena Zurabovna. In 2 sessions, we discussed several problems and solved my main request. For which I thank the doctor very much and bow low. Elena Zurabovna gave me some valuable tips and ways to cope with a panic attack or anxiety, introduced me to neurohymnastics and gave me some working exercises. The impression of working with Elena Zurabovna is indelible -I began to look at many things differently. I definitely recommend the resort and sanatorium! The city is beautiful, what is the house-museum of F.M. Dostoevsky worth! I'll come again! P.S. Before leaving the sanatorium, I immediately booked my mother a ticket for April for the "Prolong Youth" program.
