Just a few days ago I returned from Staraya Russa and I already miss it, and so every year. I like absolutely everything here, and the aroma of herbs, and the singing of birds in the relic forest, it's just a pity that part of the forest remains, and even that is in desolation, and the smell of mud lakes, and the splash of the fountain, and of course the professionalism of the staff. Starting from the reception, you meet with a friendly attitude, but if you get to Hope, then this is a 100% guarantee that everything will be fine.The buildings are super-clean, thanks to them cleanliness and order are guaranteed. The medical base is at a high level, doctors, nurses, service personnel do everything to get us a full-fledged treatment and recovery. It's very nice to come and get treatments from the same people every year. Competent, delicate doctor Karlovskaya Anna Anatolyevna, manual massage Irina Gennadievna, underwater shower massage Ekaterina Menshikova, I discovered her last year and this time I went for treatment specifically for the procedure performed by Ekaterina, she professionally put me on my feet, together with the girls with autogravitation unloading of the spine, with physiotherapy, with mud and pearl baths, dry baths, mineral pool. Special thanks to the administrators in the hydrotherapy, they solve all our problems and inconsistencies at once, the pros of their business. In the dining room, despite the three-shift schedule, there are no special inconveniences, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned by employees, and if vacationers went more or less according to their chosen shifts, and not when they want, then there would be fewer queues and hustle, but I think this issue should be resolved soon. I really hope that in a year I will again enjoy, be treated, rest my soul and body in my favorite place. For many years, everything has become native, really a home away from home!The main thing is that there should be no surprises with the price and number of procedures included in the spa package, because, much to my chagrin, the underwater shower massage was gradually removed, then manual massage, then the couch (autogravitation unloading of the spine), and this year electrophoresis was reduced from 10 to 7 procedures.

- ampliimpulse is a new procedure for me, but it is quite effective, thanks to the professionalism of the staff, which does not allow this kind of healing technique to be a torture.Neuralgia ran to escape from it.

- The food is "super" because of the quality.To whom abundance is from upbringing.

- We walked around the city and the resort for at least 15 km every day, Studied the streets, museums, monuments, city residents, the air city.Yes – discos,concerts,children,beach,library,cafes,drinking areas,endless repairs, birds, leaves, powerful rains, rare planes – take it as temporary, this is life.It will all end sometime, but you will.We had enough silence.

We rest at this resort for the first time from April 16 to April 30, we have been to other resorts, but Staraya Russa is the best! Excellent food, beautiful and clean rooms, comfortable beds, bed linen of dazzling cleanliness, excellent plumbing in the shower, the maids are great, even the mirrors in the shower are constantly wiped, everything is done with love and for people! I visited the resort for the first time, my impressions were very positive. I especially liked the hydro massage course. I would like to express my gratitude to Nurse Irina Nazarova, a true professional in her field. After just 5 sessions, my well-being improved significantly, aching back pain disappeared. You arrive and find yourself in a positive and homely environment. Your motto: home away from home is not empty words. Very friendly and polite staff. It's nice that the administration responds adequately and promptly to comments and suggestions. It becomes clear that reviews are read and taken into account, which is worth a lot. It is difficult to single out any, but still, first of all, I would like to mention the medical staff of the resort, all attentive, tactful, professionals in their field. Separate words of gratitude to our attending physician Marina Vyacheslavovna Rodina, masseuse Nesterova Yana Stanislavovna, instructor of physical therapy Ivanova Irina Nikolaevna, employees of the mud department Valentina, Liya, Masha (unfortunately I do not know the surnames). Of course, more than one medical staff contributes to the prosperity of the resort: excellent room cleaning, the work of maids (we lived in building No. 1)., restaurant staff, cleaning workers. What you should pay attention to: our rest was overshadowed by the night noise on the weekend at the resort by local residents walking at the disco until morning, the security of the resort was inactive. I want to improve the work of the reception. They are polite and cultured, I will not say anything, but not quite competent, their answers contradict each other, do not always correspond to reality, it is annoying. Vacationed with his wife at the resort in June 2023. I liked it very much! There is always a wonderful impression of the sanatorium. Everything is at a high level. For several years we have been coming to the sanatorium "Staraya Russa". A wonderful place. Large green area. A well-maintained beach. New swimming pool complex. I had a rest in the sanatorium from April 8 to April 15, 2023, for the second time. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the sanatorium for their professionalism , friendly attitude to the guests of the resort . I would like to note the positive changes in the work of the resort compared to last year , especially with regard to nutrition . The food has become much better and better. There is a wish to develop the direction of PP dishes more. Separately, I would like to thank and note the work of Elena's art therapist and Olga's yoga and solstice instructor. Hello. For many years I have been coming to the sanatorium in September. Back problems. 5 years ago, a doctor advised me to do Nordic walking, but only to be trained by a good instructor. I immediately hired an instructor who taught me the correct technique. And I always followed his advice that the ideal place to walk is a dirt road. Earthen soil softens the impact and is indicated for sore joints and back problems. And I found a more or less suitable place for classes on the territory . I walked along the alley between the 6th building and the beer gallery. But in 2022 I was very upset, because there is a construction of a hotel complex. Although, of course, I went there, but the path is now very short. And a very big request, is it possible to lay a dirt track for Nordic walking on the territory (and if along the lake, it would be wonderful at all). I tried walking on asphalt and concrete paths last year. Two days later I ran to the doctor with my back. This autumn I want to come to you again . One thing worries me-suddenly the construction site has grown and there is no longer that very small path where you can walk.
