Vacationed with his wife at the resort in June 2023. I liked it very much! There is always a wonderful impression of the sanatorium. Everything is at a high level. We have been coming for 18 years, and every time we discover something new for ourselves. We thank the entire friendly staff of the resort. Everyone is professional, friendly. Special thanks to: General Director Repnikova Antonina Vladimirovna, Agafonova Zinaida Antonovna and Elena. It was very nice to receive a gift and a handwritten congratulation from Antonina Vladimirovna, to contact the wonderful doctor Zinaida Antonovna again, to visit Elena's psychological relief and enjoy an interesting spiritual cultural program.

For several years we have been coming to the sanatorium "Staraya Russa". A wonderful place. Large green area. A well-maintained beach. New swimming pool complex. Excellent food for different tastes and preferences. Attentive and friendly staff. A large complex of procedures. Everything is done clearly and efficiently. Special thanks for the newsletter. Thanks to her, we have already bought a ticket for the summer season. And it is very nice that everything is constantly developing and improving, not only in the sanatorium itself, but also tourist areas in the city of Staraya Russa are being improved. I am looking forward and dreaming about the next visit to you.

I had a rest in the sanatorium from April 8 to April 15, 2023, for the second time. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the sanatorium for their professionalism , friendly attitude to the guests of the resort . I would like to note the positive changes in the work of the resort compared to last year , especially with regard to nutrition . The food has become much better and better. There is a wish to develop the direction of PP dishes more. Separately, I would like to thank and note the work of Elena's art therapist and Olga's yoga and solstice instructor. Everything is at the highest level ! I am very pleased with the results of working with these specialists . The new program is very interesting and useful . Thank you very much! I wish you further development and prosperity ! With great pleasure I will recommend the resort (especially the new program) to my friends. Hello. For many years I have been coming to the sanatorium in September. Back problems. 5 years ago, a doctor advised me to do Nordic walking, but only to be trained by a good instructor. I immediately hired an instructor who taught me the correct technique. And I always followed his advice that the ideal place to walk is a dirt road. Earthen soil softens the impact and is indicated for sore joints and back problems. And I found a more or less suitable place for classes on the territory . I walked along the alley between the 6th building and the beer gallery. But in 2022 I was very upset, because there is a construction of a hotel complex. Although, of course, I went there, but the path is now very short. And a very big request, is it possible to lay a dirt track for Nordic walking on the territory (and if along the lake, it would be wonderful at all). I tried walking on asphalt and concrete paths last year. Two days later I ran to the doctor with my back. This autumn I want to come to you again . One thing worries me-suddenly the construction site has grown and there is no longer that very small path where you can walk.

Vacationed with my daughter at the resort for the first time. I liked it very much! Wonderful air, healthy waters, mud and procedures. Very good nutrition, everyone can find delicious and healthy for themselves, there is fractional nutrition for those who need it. I really liked the physical therapy classes with Eugene. I would like to note the work of the administrator of the settlement department of Nadezhda - the employee is very attentive and knows his business, will solve any problem! I also want to mention the work of the employee of 9 Corp. Tatiana Nikolaevna Muravyeva! Very attentive and sensitive! Such people should work with vacationers. The girls on the mud are very clever, this work is very difficult, but they have always been very friendly. I didn't want to leave at all) we will definitely come again!

We were with my wife from March 19 to March 29, 2023. Everything is just great!!! Polite and respectful staff. Cleanliness is maintained everywhere in the rooms, on the territory, and in the buildings. The restaurant always has a very large selection of dishes for every taste!!! The administration congratulated my wife on her birthday (very nice for their attention). In general, we will recommend it to everyone. We have returned from Staraya Russa. We have been to the sanatorium for the third time. Everything is professional, friendly. Thanks to everyone in the hydrotherapy and mud baths, the dining room and the residential building. We rested during the winter holidays of 2023 (from December 30 to January 6). The first time at this resort. Impressions are only positive. Attentive and friendly attitude of all staff. We were housed in the 10th building: very comfortable, room of 25 sq. m, clean , cleaning every day, attentive and polite attitude. A good medical base, a diverse range of procedures. Thanks to the medical staff! Meals are buffet style. Surprisingly, it is diverse and has a taste. Despite the food in three queues, the restaurant staff coped "with a bang", the change of dishes is provided. The administration of the resort is very responsive - we received the necessary documents about the treatment after returning home in 10 days by Russian post. Wonderful winter vacation. They didn't forget about my birthday - they congratulated me, gave me a present. Thanks! We will definitely come again..

For several years I have been coming to the sanatorium "Staraya Russa" together with my aged mother. This year it was the end of October - the beginning of November. I don't want to write about the bad. Moreover, it all boils down to the heavy workload of the restaurant and, alas, the issue has not been resolved. I would like to write and thank from the bottom of my heart those who are responsible for ensuring that all the prescribed procedures are performed at a highly professional level. Well done all, but I especially want to mention Blinova Elena Alekseevna (transair office), Liya Anatolyevna (local cryotherapy), Golikova Irina Vladimirovna (massage), Bogdanova Natalia Borisovna (underwater massage), Hadzichikova Nadezhda Nikolaevna (4-chamber mineral baths). And also to mention the wonderful and friendly team of the physiotherapy department: Valentina Alexandrovna, Tatiana Nikolaevna, Tatiana Alexandrovna. Thank you all so much for your amazing positive attitude, genuine desire to help, ability to listen to us all, patience. Thank you for your professionalism, for your kind hands and responsiveness.

I am resting in Staraya Russa not for the first time and I want to thank the entire staff of the sanatorium! Most of all I like the attitude towards the guests. Always a very friendly approach. When processing documents: clearly, quickly, answers to all questions. Upon check-in, the rooms are always clean, cozy, and comfortable. The food is simply top class! Diverse, everything is fresh, there is a lot of everything. And what kind of bread, and what kind of sour cream, milk and cottage cheese! Of course, the medical staff is on top.
