Vacationed with my daughter at the resort for the first time. I liked it very much! Wonderful air, healthy waters, mud and procedures. Very good nutrition, everyone can find delicious and healthy for themselves, there is fractional nutrition for those who need it. I really liked the physical therapy classes with Eugene. I would like to note the work of the administrator of the settlement department of Nadezhda - the employee is very attentive and knows his business, will solve any problem! I also want to mention the work of the employee of 9 Corp. Tatiana Nikolaevna Muravyeva! Very attentive and sensitive! Such people should work with vacationers. The girls on the mud are very clever, this work is very difficult, but they have always been very friendly. I didn't want to leave at all) we will definitely come again!

We were with my wife from March 19 to March 29, 2023. Everything is just great!!! Polite and respectful staff. Cleanliness is maintained everywhere in the rooms, on the territory, and in the buildings. The restaurant always has a very large selection of dishes for every taste!!! The administration congratulated my wife on her birthday (very nice for their attention). In general, we will recommend it to everyone. We have returned from Staraya Russa. We have been to the sanatorium for the third time. Everything is professional, friendly. Thanks to everyone in the hydrotherapy and mud baths, the dining room and the residential building. The magnificent nature and air of the resort and the atmosphere of attention and care from all the staff will be remembered for a long time. Thank you for organizing free time in the sanatorium. We rested during the winter holidays of 2023 (from December 30 to January 6). The first time at this resort. Impressions are only positive. Attentive and friendly attitude of all staff. We were housed in the 10th building: very comfortable, room of 25 sq. m, clean , cleaning every day, attentive and polite attitude. A good medical base, a diverse range of procedures. Thanks to the medical staff! Meals are buffet style. Surprisingly, it is diverse and has a taste. Despite the food in three queues, the restaurant staff coped "with a bang", the change of dishes is provided. The administration of the resort is very responsive - we received the necessary documents about the treatment after returning home in 10 days by Russian post. Wonderful winter vacation. They didn't forget about my birthday - they congratulated me, gave me a present. Thanks! We will definitely come again..

For several years I have been coming to the sanatorium "Staraya Russa" together with my aged mother. This year it was the end of October - the beginning of November. I don't want to write about the bad. Moreover, it all boils down to the heavy workload of the restaurant and, alas, the issue has not been resolved. I would like to write and thank from the bottom of my heart those who are responsible for ensuring that all the prescribed procedures are performed at a highly professional level. Well done all, but I especially want to mention Blinova Elena Alekseevna (transair office), Liya Anatolyevna (local cryotherapy), Golikova Irina Vladimirovna (massage), Bogdanova Natalia Borisovna (underwater massage), Hadzichikova Nadezhda Nikolaevna (4-chamber mineral baths). And also to mention the wonderful and friendly team of the physiotherapy department: Valentina Alexandrovna, Tatiana Nikolaevna, Tatiana Alexandrovna. Thank you all so much for your amazing positive attitude, genuine desire to help, ability to listen to us all, patience. Thank you for your professionalism, for your kind hands and responsiveness.

I am resting in Staraya Russa not for the first time and I want to thank the entire staff of the sanatorium! Most of all I like the attitude towards the guests. Always a very friendly approach. When processing documents: clearly, quickly, answers to all questions. Upon check-in, the rooms are always clean, cozy, and comfortable. The food is simply top class! Diverse, everything is fresh, there is a lot of everything. And what kind of bread, and what kind of sour cream, milk and cottage cheese! Of course, the medical staff is on top. We had a rest at the resort in early December.This is already 5 times.As always, good treatment and a variety of delicious food.Leisure is very well organized.There just isn't enough free time to catch up everywhere.Lectures, master classes, excursions, good nightly concerts.For the first time this year I was in psychology classes (neurography and tests)I think that such classes are very necessary.I also liked water aerobics and yoga classes.The territory, the restaurant, the buildings are very beautifully decorated for the New Year.I will not write names, because I want to thank everyone-everyone for their attentive and friendly attitude.Health to all and further prosperity!!!And we will definitely come to you again.

I was in the sanatorium "Staraya Russa" at the end of November.I really liked it.I came for the second time. The food is excellent, buffet style.The staff is very good, attentive to vacationers.I did yoga with Olga, an instructor, a very good specialist.Psychologist Elena sorted out all my problems with me, helped me a lot.The masseur Elena Yurievna gave me a great massage.I did breathing exercises with Elena Vasilyevna, also helped me to walk properly with sticks (Scandinavian walking).Only pleasant impressions.I advise everyone to come to this sanatorium!

I would like to share my impressions about my vacation in the sanatorium "Staraya Russa", where I stayed for 12 days in October. My stay was at a beautiful time of the year - golden autumn. How picturesque it is in these places! Just a sight to behold! The sanatorium is located on the outskirts of the city inside a large well-groomed park, in the center of which is the famous, never freezing, Muravyevsky fountain with mineral water. The air is clean and fresh! The sanatorium has an excellent medical base, the appointment of procedures individually for each vacationer according to the sanatorium-resort card. At first, Nina Ivanovna Vorontsova was my attending physician, and during her vacation, Pyotr Nikolaevich Amekhin. I think I'm very lucky! These are real professionals! Doctors with a capital letter are those who love their work, treat patients with care and respect, with a sincere desire to help them restore and maintain their health! Thanks to Nina Ivanovna, I got rid of the plug in my ear and began to hear better, which cannot be said about the ENT doctor in the city polyclinic, who "did not see" the plug during the examination. I would also like to thank Elena Alekseevna Blinova, who conducts the "Transair" procedure in the mud clinic. She is always correct, she will meet you with a smile, tell you in detail about the procedure being carried out, she will cover you with a warm blanket with care and always "keeps" silence in the office so that the patient gets the maximum therapeutic effect. Wonderful nurses Svetlana work in the building of the hydrotherapy clinic (5th floor. office of "ozone therapy"), specialist Natasha (2nd floor, room 210 "gynecological irrigation"), nurse Victoria (1st floor, treatment room). The administrators of the hydrotherapy clinic work quickly and competently. Ekaterina helped me a lot (there was a difficult situation to interrupt treatment due to the death of my mother-in-law). You can say about her that a person is in his place! You feel such responsibility and qualification on the part of the staff at every site until you leave the sanatorium. Productive treatment, good nutrition, excellent and diverse organized leisure - these are all these factors combined and do not let you forget Old Russia! I want to come back! I thank the administration of the sanatorium for the well-chosen team of employees, which fully confirms the motto of the sanatorium "Away from home as at home!" Only positive emotions remained, I was pleasantly surprised that a lot of attention is paid to psychological recovery. I was very pleased with the art therapy on the now popular neurography, which was conducted by Elena. I learned and learned a lot of useful things for myself .
