This summer we visited a wonderful and spiritual corner of Russia – the Staraya Russa Resort. Only positive emotions remained ! I liked everything ! The most beautiful nature of central Russia! Good organization of treatment and leisure for vacationers! Of course , the therapeutic procedures of the oldest balneological resort in Russia have benefited ! Very good impressions were made by the resort staff: both attending doctors, and procedural nurses, and the resort administration! Special personal thanks !!! – Vasilyeva Maria (mud treatment), Budkina Marina Egorovna (mineral baths), Muravyeva Tatiana Nikolaevna (electrophoresis procedure)!!! Dear ladies! I was in the sanatorium for the 1st time, there were pros and cons for me, but the pros blocked the overall impression of the sanatorium, I want to separately mention the physiotherapist from the office of autogravitation unloading of the spine - Natalia Vorontsova, this is the most friendly, sensitive and positive physiotherapist, I saw how she always helps people with disabilities to lie down / get up, he will always say a kind word and always greets everyone with a charming smile, this is not enough for many specialists of this sanatorium, I want there to be more people like Natalia here, because positive, a smile and a good mood are already half the success in treatment.

We are resting with my husband for the 5th year in a row and do not plan to change the sanatorium for recreation. I go initially because of the procedure - duodenal probing, because I didn't find it in any sanatorium, except for Staraya Russa, and I need it according to indications. But apart from that, we like everything here: procedures, large territory, food, rooms. We also get to the same doctor, to Berestetskaya I.V., she is friendly, attentive, always makes contact and helps in any situation. The only thing that I would like some employees to be trained in the culture of communication or to conduct trainings on the prevention of professional burnout more often, I personally was touched by this at the reception when leaving, apparently when you leave, you are already so uninteresting as a client that it's not even possible to hide it, and it's really not pleasant. If not for this fact (for the second year in a row) that would be great.

We rested in the Staraya Russa resort for the third time in June 2022, stayed in the Rachmaninov building. I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire staff of the Resort for organizing a holiday, your motto "Home away from home" is being realized. It's nice that positive aspects are visible, there is feedback and reaction to comments. After the rest, there was a huge positive, positive emotions, the whole team, everyone in their place works harmoniously, tries to help. I am currently on vacation at the resort. Many thanks to all employees and employees .I choose Staraya Russa for my recovery not for the first time and receive excellent medical care, a wonderful emotional state from nature and the resort territory and great pleasure from a variety of food. Once again (for the sixth time!!!) we stayed with you for the New Year holidays. I liked everything very much, however, as always – the rest itself, the food, the service, and the procedures. The New Year's Eve was superbly organized and passed this time – from the organization of the landing (the administrator was very attentive to our request) to the filling of the event itself (professional work of the presenter, live music, delicious food, and, of course, KIRKOROV!!!) Even the introduced massage fee could not overshadow the rest. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the Resort for their cordiality, kindness, and attention to us. The first time was the sanatorium Staraya Russa.I took away from the sanatorium extremely rich emotional impressions, new knowledge, as well as excellent physical condition.Wonderful memories, warm.It's as if you get into another world, and it's not for nothing that there are memos about the philosophy of the sanatorium in the buildings, where it is proposed to reduce the use of gadgets to a minimum.The sanatorium comprehensively awakens a person to a harmonious, vibrant life.Of course, the food is very diverse, you can comfortably organize your meal.Stick to a diet, treat yourself to something unusual.A comprehensive medical examination, a lot of different pleasant and useful procedures, a swimming pool, outdoor walks in a beautiful area, therapeutic waters-all this will put your body in excellent fighting shape.Thanks to the therapist Danchenko, the workers of the hydrotherapy, mud baths, physical therapy.But I would like to say separately about the cultural program.The rich history of the city of Staraya Russa, the sanatorium itself, the place of Dostoevsky - all this has a special spiritual influence.The cultural program of the sanatorium itself is replete with various activities:various master classes, both mobile and creative, excursions, lectures, warm song evenings, high-class artists also regularly come with performances (I don't know how at other times, I was in the fall).I would also like to mention the excellent lecturers Evgenia Denisova, Natalia Basmanova, Irina Lashinskaya, and the master of calligraphy Tatiana Popova.It's just high class!Anton, if I'm not mistaken, who gives a master class in painting.And also a young and talented specialist Maria, who conducts aqua aerobics, art therapy, stage skills.Finally, I just want to join D.A. A very good sanatorium , wonderful treatment and rest. Chic, quiet rooms, including refrigeration equipment are all there. Friendly maids and service staff.Very tasty varied food, a huge selection. The resort staff is friendly, low turnover rate.Constant updating. The service of the water park is at a high level.Doctors and health workers are real pros.It is rare to meet such doctors as Agafonova Zinaida Antonovna in our time, many vacationers want to be treated only with her and sign up in advance.The surname of this doctor is a real advertisement for the resort, it is known in many regions of Russia.While doctors such as Zinaida Antonovna are working, the resort will be in demand.Thanks to the director of the resort for an excellent organized rest and treatment, for a skillfully selected professional, low staff turnover.
